Our company has been a family owned and operated business since 1978. Dad & Mom ( Mahlon &
Emma Eash ) got the first set of aluminum forms in 1978 to supplement the Dairy Farming income needed to support
a family of 10 children( seven sons, three daughters ) and to keep their sons from getting into mischief.
Over the years two of the sons have developed other interests while the five remaining sons are directly
involved with the daily operations, and have some of their sons working as well, and yes Dad still is out in the
field helping one of the sons pour the footings. In July 2005 three of the sons purchased the business from Dad
& Mom.
The business has grown from eight to eighteen employees over the years,and it is our
intent to continue to grow the business while keeping the focus on quality. We have learned from Dad over the years it is
vital in this business to focus on quality and not quantity.
